Customer Service Charter
This is our promise to you.

We will supply and install (if required) your kitchen as quickly, and with as little disruption as is practically possible. You will be kept informed at every stage of the work until completion, via phone and email. We'll respond to any problems with courtesy and efficiency. Customer service is at the front of our ethos.

We have an open pricing policy
Survey's will be completed within 7 working days of order being placed with the full schedule of works detailing when works will be taking place after the survey.
Telephone and email updates from start to finish, keeping the clients fully informed
Any delays or damaged items will be notified of immediately, estimated delivery date notified within 48 hours If the client experiences any issues during the work, full priority will be given to correct this as soon as practicably possible within the limitations of time taken for replacement items to be manufactured and delivered.
Replacement damaged item delivery times.
Non-painted units/doors 8 working days painted units/doors 14 working days
Once confirmed delivery date, delivery/fitting will be within 5 working days
Worktop times (between template and installation) *Corian worktops - 10 working day *Granite/quartz worktops - 6 working days
The kitchen installer will go through everything with the client when kitchen is fitted, leaving them fully informed
Please note:
Any delays caused due to delays in suppliers delivering items, due to short stock levels or when timescales fall over bank or public holidays are out of our control. Everything will be done make sure clients are not left without any cooking facilities in these instances.
